Linda began as a part-time bookkeeper with the Baugher Agency before it was purchased by Ed in 1974. Her current position as agency administrator encompasses accounting, automation, operations, and human resources. She also continues to educate herself on as many things as possible to make the agency run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Linda enjoys time spent with family. Her interests include reading and gardening. She serves on the council at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, York Street, and the Hanover Symphony Board.

Karen began working for the Weber Agency in 2002 as the receptionist and moved to the accounting department at the beginning of 2004. Prior to working at the Weber Agency, she spent 29 years at various positions for a manufacturing company. She enjoys reading books, quilting, and collecting baskets. She also loves spending time with her family and especially with her 2 granddaughters.
