Garth has been a licensed agent since 1991 specializing in personal lines. He resides in Hanover with his wife and their three dogs. Garth, an avid fisherman, is an officer of the local Bass Fishing Club as well as a member of the Friends of Codorus State Park.

Jen has worked for C. A. Weber since 1993 when she was hired as Receptionist. Once licensed, Jen began working in the Personal Lines Department in the Fall of 1993. Jen received her Associate in Personal Insurance designation in June 2010. She really enjoys meeting and getting to know new clients as well as continuing the relationships with clients that have started in the past. Jen’s community involvement includes membership in the Harold H. Bair Post 14 Ladies Auxiliary (Past President), the McSherrystown Moose, and other Community Service Organizations. Jen, who lives in the Hanover area with her husband, enjoys cycling, spending time with friends, family, and especially her dog, Mandy.

Karen is a graduate of South Western High School and Strayer College with a degree in Comprehensive Computer Programming. She was recently a Supervisor of Computer Operations for Hanover Direct, Inc. She is a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, York Street, where she currently serves on the church council, property committee, usher team, bell choir and funeral reception committee, and she was in charge of the B.U.F.F.Y. bus trips. She was a Sunday School teacher for 3 year olds and 4th graders and formerly a member of the church choir. She was a Girl Scout leader for 15 years at several different churches. In her spare time, Karen likes to scrapbook and cross-stitch.

Kim is the newest member of the Personal Lines Team. She is the youngest of five children who grew up in an Air Force family. In 1985, her family moved from North Dakota (where she met her husband) to Pennsylvania. Kim and her husband have two sons and a dog named Dakota. When in high school, her youngest son was involved in sports. During this time, Kim enjoyed coordinating, cooking and feeding 90 hungry football players. Now that her sons have graduated, she weaves baskets, crochets and enjoys outdoor sports with her family, friends and Dakota. Kim is an experienced agent with the CISR designation. She looks forward to meeting our clients and helping them protect their assets.

Kirsten Smith
Kirsten started at our agency in December of 2011.
She has worked in the insurance industry for 4 years. She enjoys being the first smiling face that people see as they walk through our door. In her spare time, Kirsten runs her own photography business, enjoys cooking and trying new foods, and spending time relaxing with her husband Tyler and their dog Myah. She crochets, quilts, paints, and makes jewelry, and loves to go to wine tastings and see live music. Kirsten is happy to be a new member of our agency, and hopes for a bright future with us!
